Who am I?
Your Personal Trainer and Run Coach
Hi. I'm Coach Cait, I'm a Level 3 Personal Trainer and Running Coach currently based in London. When I'm not training clients, you'll find me challenging my own abilities in endurance races such as Marathons and Half Ironmans! In both my personal training and online coaching programmes I specialise in marathon-training, fat-loss transformations and strength and conditioning for endurance athletes.

I've been so lucky that Cait approached me a year ago and offered me a personal training session. I never even thought of the idea of having a personal trainer, but what a life changer it has been!
